Estimated Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates only, based on standard carrier schedules and our processing times. We are committed to keeping you updated throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Business Days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping fees and labor costs are not covered by Used Auto Parts.
Processing Time & Order Confirmation
Most orders are processed for shipment within 24–48 business hours after confirmation of the part via image approval by the customer.
Larger parts such as engines, transmissions, and differentials may require additional handling time.
Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 8–9 business days, depending on location and carrier transit times.
Inspection on Delivery
Upon receiving your shipment, we strongly recommend you inspect all packages and parts immediately for any of the following:
- Visible damage to the part or packaging
- Missing components
- Incorrect items delivered
If any issues are found, contact us right away to avoid additional freight charges and to begin the resolution process.
⚠ Do not return any parts without receiving an official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any part returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect parts must be reported within 7 business days.
- After 7 days, warranties will be void, regardless of fault or circumstances.
Risk of Loss & Missing Shipments
All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point—meaning the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the part is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If your shipment hasn’t arrived within 2 full business days after the estimated delivery date, please notify us.
- All claims related to loss or delivery issues must be submitted within 7 days of the shipment date.
- While we’re not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll gladly assist you with claims filed through the shipping company.
